Terms and Regulations *

Rental requests for usage at The Double V must be made no later than 48 hours before your event. Rental requests for offsite must be submitted no later than five fays prior to your event. Delivery from our team is required for offsite rental. There is an additional $75 delivery (within 10 miles of 30349; additional fee may apply for other distances) fee on all requests. Pickup will be the next day. If there is a need for an extra day(s), there is a $25 per day rental fee. A copy of renters' driver's ;license will be kept on file as well as a credit card for incidentals. Pickup for offsite rental IS NOT PERMITTED. Rental requests made outside of the specified timeline will not be honored.

I understand and agree to the terms stated above and I am submitting this request within the specified timeframe (5 days for offsite, 48 hours for usage at The Double V). I agree to provide a copy of my driver's license and credit card to be kept on file and used for incidentals, damages, and other applicable fees. I do understand that pickup is not available, and I agree to pay the delivery fee.

The Double V's Rental Amenities

RENTAL ONLY. Not available for purchase. Additional fee for delivery. Personal pickup of any amenity is not an option.

Photographer: $200 for 4 Hours (Prices vary per event type and videography if included)

3 Professional Valet Services (Insurance Included): $450 for 4 hours

DJ: $300 for 4 hours’ event/ additional $75 per additional (prices may vary per event type)

DJ: $350 for 4 hours plus MC/Hype Man

Additional Party/Event Accommodations

Weekend Party/Events Hourly Rate (Minimum of 3 Hours): $125 per hour [Upstairs Only]
